The Plum Street Underpass (Union Pacific Railroad Crossing) will be temporarily closed beginning Monday, June 26, 2017, for up to 90 days. The project will repair 2016 flood/storm related damages to the embankment and catch basins. The pump station will not be affected by the project, and will remain fully operational. The underpass will be closed 24/7 to all traffic during this time.
